Importing history into Zoho ManageEngine.

In the midst of installing ManageEngine ServiceDesk and using the new import tool and just could not crack the import to work.

Did the usual, try a few different angles, night was getting late so left it; annoyed that I could not finish this important import.  But as has happened with many of us I am sure; got up the next day and with fresh eyes found that I had missed a comma in the date/time format of the excel sheet!

Tossed me for a while but you could hear the cheers when the import ran successfully and suddenly the ServiceDesk instantly had a whole bunch of historical data imported from Infra.
